WLSW: Converting W&T into GSRS!
Happy Wednesday, knitter! Welcome back!
If you’re new to short row construction, that blog post header might look a bit like gibberish - but stick with me!
Today on Knit Talk we’re taking a look at how to convert instructions for the wrap and turn (W&T) short row method into the GSR (German short row) method.
We walk through how short rows work (very briefly) and then compare the two methods to see how converting from one to the other can be done. Then you get basic math so you can do it on your own for any pattern!
